Completion of the work of washing the sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and covering it with new carpets

The staff of the Holy Courtyard Division at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has completed the work of washing the Holy Sanctuary of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and furnishing it with new carpets to receive the blessed month of Rajab.

The division's official, Mr. Aqeel al-Taif, said that"the division's staff, as part of its preparations to receive the blessed month of Rajab, finished its work by washing the holy sanctuary of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and furnishing it with new carpets, to maintain the cleanliness of the place surrounding the grid of the holy shrine".

"After finishing the washing works, we furnished the Holy Sanctuary and the courtyard overlooking the holy courtyard with the best types of new carpets, in addition to scenting it using natural perfumes of luxurious quality allocated for this purpose, as well as fumigating it with the finest types of Arabic sticks suitable for the privacy and spirituality of the place,"he added.

He explained that"the times when washing and furnishing work are carried out periodically according to a pre-prepared schedule, usually at midnight as the momentum of visitors wanes".
