The visitors coming from the southern provinces and walking towards the holy city of Karbala to commemorate the Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) have reached the province of Muthanna and its centre the city of Samawah.
The streets of this town were overwhelmed with visitors, who still have to walk almost 300 kilometres in less than 9 days as the Zyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) is on the 20th of Safar that will correspond this year to the 13th of December, 2014.
In this city, one can feel its rural and Bedouin character, which is obvious in the services that its residents provide to the visitors along with their great hospitality.
And, on this Thursday, the united procession of the people of the city of Samawah started its route towards Karbala, to be followed by the procession of the people of the city of Rumaythah, which has a long history in reviving the Hussayni rituals, in addition to the participation of thousands of people from these two cities in these procession.
The cameras of the media delegation of the Al-Kafeel Global Network have spotted a number of scenes of the movement of the visitors and the services provided to them in this city.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Kafeel Global Network has sent to the southern provinces of Iraq, a media delegation that includes a journalist and five Iraqi and Arab photographers, in order to document this Zyarat of Millions, which is unprecedented in the world. This makes of Al-Kafeel Network the first Electronic media network that keeps pace with this march from the farthest point in southern Iraq until the holy city of Karbala.
