The scientific complex honors the graduates of the Al-Kafeel Specialized Project

The scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine honored the graduates of the fourth Al-Kafeel National Specialized Quranic project.

This came as part of the activities of the central ceremony of the Al-Kafeel National specialized Quranic project, which was launched at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, in the presence of its board member Dr. Abbas al-Deda al-Mousawi, the head of the scientific complex Dr. Mushtaq al-Ali, a number of department heads, and many interested in the Quranic Affairs.

"The scientific complex celebrated the graduation of a new course within the Al-Kafeel National Specialized project in its fourth edition, from professors who have received lessons in the provisions of recitation, the sciences of the Quran, the rules of Waqf and initiation, and modern teaching methods,"said the associate head of the complex, Dr. Lewa al-Attiyah.

He added, " about 120 students from various governorates of Iraq participated in this course, which lasted for a whole year, and they received lessons from four specialized professors, namely, professor of the rules of recitation, Dr. Rafi al-Amiri, professor of Waqf and initiation, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Mashkour, professor of Quranic Sciences, Dr. Fadel al-Masoudi, and professor of teaching methods, Dr. Haider al-Shallah.

For his part, the director of the Institute of the Holy Quran, Sheikh Jawad al-Nasrawi, said that " graduates will contribute to the dissemination of the Quranic culture throughout Iraq, whether it is memorization, recitation or management," adding that "the main pillar in the dissemination of that culture is to prepare a generation of professors and educators who take on that responsibility; this blessed project came to us to produce a group of professors who take this role."
