Intellectual Affairs Department: more than (20) million visitors to the reference website since its opening

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine confirmed that the number of visitors to the Informatics reference website has exceeded the barrier of 20 million visitors since its opening.

The site manager, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Sahib, said that"the statistics of the electronic reference site for Informatics, since its opening in (2016) and until (2023), amounted to (20,967,946) visitors".

He added that" the site contains news, cultural and Islamic windows, a view of the most important health, scientific and technological news, and many cultural windows, "pointing out that"the site is characterized by the nature of comprehensiveness because it contains a variety of material in all scientific fields and disciplines, so it received a short time after its launch an advanced position within Alexa (a site specialized in statistics and ranking of internet sites).

Abdul-Sahib continued, "We have sought to make the windows associated with the Informatics reference website easy to use, and provide the researcher with its intellectual, cultural, scientific and religious services, which include thousands of sober topics quoted from book references with documentation and objectivity, as well as the fact that the site provides objectively indexed scientific material, making it easier for the researcher to select information easily and conveniently.
