The holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them) witnessed the arrival of condolence processions to offer condolences to Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon them).
"On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him), the Karbala condolence bodies and parties flocked to offer condolences to Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them),"said the official of the Communication Unit in the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies in Iraq and the Islamic world, affiliated with the two holy shrines.
He added that" the processions of the people of Karbala have taken the roads leading to the two holy shrines as a starting point, where the department has developed an organizational plan to facilitate their movement, "pointing out that"the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine harnessed all possibilities to facilitate the performance of condolence rituals.
For his part, one of the owners of the processions; Sayed Ali al-Na'i al-Karbalai, said that"the people of Karbala were keen to commemorate this sad anniversary at the two holy shrines, and to offer condolences to Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon them).
For his part, one of the Radoods; Sayed Kadhem al-Wazni al-Karbalai, said,"on such days every year, condolence processions come out from inside and outside Karbala, to commemorate the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him), and recite poems that show his greatness, sacrifice, attitudes, and oppression by the ruling authority at that time.
