The Department of Knowledge Affairs holds a condolence Council on the death anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) in Basra

The Department of Islamic and Humanitarian Knowledge Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a condolence Council on the death anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) in Basra.

The council was supervised by the Basra Heritage Center of the department, and in the presence of the center's management and its employees, the editorial board of the Basra Heritage magazine, and the delegation of the Imam al-Hujjah Complex (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).

The council began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a lecture delivered by His Eminence Sheikh Mortada al-Zarkani.

The speaker of the council addressed the great difficulties that accompanied the life of the Immaculate Lady (peace be upon her), as well as the ideological, historical and moral aspect of the Immaculate Lady (Peace be upon her), and how she carried media roles, which complemented the role of the sword and the confrontation with the rule of injustice and tyranny represented by the renaissance of her brother Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen to prepare an integrated condolence program for every occasion related to the people of the House of prophecy (peace be upon them) in order to publish their biography, thought and knowledge.
