Rituals and Processions Department: more than 800 processions participate in the service of the Sha'ban visitors

The head of the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies in Iraq and the Islamic world; Sayed Aqeel al-Yasiri, confirmed the participation of more than 800 processions in providing services to visitors of the Blessed Ziyarat Sha'ban.

Al-Yasiri said that"the Husseini processions organized their work in coordination with the Department of Rituals and Processions at the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), and provided a variety of services to visitors coming from various provinces of Iraq and abroad".

He added that"more than (800) processions provide services to visitors of Ziyarat Sha'ban this year, from various Iraqi provinces, and these services will continue even after the end of the Ziyarat, especially with the increasing numbers of visitors this year".

The Ziyarat Sha'ban is one of the major Ziyarat witnessed in the holy city of Karbala, and a large number of processions participate in it, which contribute to providing services to visitors visiting the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them).
