The Department of Intellectual Affairs holds a religious program for lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the state of Tanzania

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine has established a religious program for lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the African state of Tanzania.

The program was established by the Department's Centre for African Studies.

The Center's representative in Tanzania; Sheikh Jamal Abdullah Kasulu, said that "the Center organized a religious program to gather from the lovers and followers of Ahl al-Bayt(peace be upon them) in the city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in conjunction with the days of the holy month of Ramadhan".

"The program included a number of fiqh lectures, as well as Quranic and devotional sessions for the holy month,"he added.

The Center's preacher provided Fiqh, dogmatic and Quranic lessons at the women Hawza of Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her), in the Kigamboni area of the city of Dar es Salaam in the African state of Tanzania.
