The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine celebrates the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him) in Al-Kafeel Nurseries

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a joyful ceremony on the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), in its Al-Kafeel Nurseries Group.

The official of the group, Mr. Mohammad Harbi, said that"Al-Kafeel Nurseries were keen to revive the auspicious occasions of the pure imams (peace be upon them), including this ceremony for the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), which comes as a continuation of a series of celebrations held by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in various locations affiliated to commemorate this blessed anniversary."

He added that"the ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the performance of special chants for the auspicious anniversary, presented by a number of Radoods and poets".

"The nursery staff presented bouquets of roses and gifts to the Karbala families present at the ceremony, which added an atmosphere of happiness and pleasure in their souls,"Harbi continued.

For his part, Sayed Mohammad Kadhem Obada, the official of the field communication and follow-up unit in the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies in Iraq and the Islamic world, affiliated with the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), said, "the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen, through its departments and centers, to commemorate the birth anniversaries of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them); in order to shed light on their biography, and walk on their blessed approach."
