The procession of the people of Karbala recalls the martyrdom anniversary of Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon him)

The procession of the holy people of Karbala commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon him) at the shrines of the Master of martyrs; Imam al-Hussayn and of his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).

The procession is an annual tradition that the people of the holy city of Karbala have been keen to establish, in cooperation with the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), to commemorate the occasions of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

One of the mourners, Mr. Kadhem al-Mankoshi, said that"the condolence procession of the people of Karbala organized a condolence March to the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) to offer condolences on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon them)".

The funeral processions of the people of Karbala for this day included a symbolic funeral procession and the Zinjeel condolence, which set off from the Baghdad gate area to the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) to offer condolences on this sad anniversary.
