Al-Lewa international company starts harvesting (500) dunums of wheat crop

The staff of the International Brigade company affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has started harvesting about (500) dunums of wheat crop at the sites of the holy shrine.

The authorized director of the company, engineer Adel Malik, said: "the staff of Al-Lewaa international company has launched its campaign to harvest the wheat crop at four sites belonging to the holy shrine.

He added that" the area of the tender site is about (500) dunums, with (4) axial sprinklers for each (80) dunums with a total area of (320) dunums, "indicating that"the harvest campaign continues in the rest of the holy shrine sites such as al-Mu'ali and Al-Awali belonging to the company."

Malek pointed out that "this year we have witnessed an abundance of harvest that exceeds previous years due to the development of the staff working in these projects, and the introduction of scientific expertise in the field of agriculture, especially in the cultivation of wheat".

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine had multiple projects, which have a clear impact on the agricultural sector in the holy city of Karbala and the rest of the provinces, which helped to support this important aspect because it is directly related to the Citizen's livelihood.
