Sayed al-Sistani's office: Friday is the first day of the month of Dhu al-Qi'dah

The Office of the Supreme Religious Authority; His Eminence Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, announced in Najaf that tomorrow, Thursday, is the completion of the month of Shawwal.

The office stated that tomorrow Thursday is the complement to the month of Shawwal, and the corresponding Friday May 10, 2024, is the first of the month of Dhu al-Qi'dah for the year 1445 AH.
