The scientific complex emphasizes the investment of social networking sites in the delivery of tolerant messages of Islam

The scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine stressed the importance of investing social networking sites and technological development in delivering the tolerant messages of Islam and the culture of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

This was stated in a speech by the president of the complex, Dr. Mushtaq Al-Ali, at the closing ceremony of the writing competition within the Quranic project for university students held by the Holy Quran Institute of the complex.

Ali said that today we are in the depth of a big problem, namely smart devices and the internet, which cause intellectual disability at the intellectual level, and at the conceptual level cause cognitive distortions, but at the organic level they cause problems with eyesight, ear and heart, if not used optimally.

He added that the problems associated with the use of smart technology are a necessary evil, and the solution is to invest it optimally, through the delivery of our messages through social networking sites, and to report what can be reported, so the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) have always recommended reviving their matter, and Imam ar-Redha (peace be upon him) was quoted as saying (Revive our matter, may Allah have mercy upon he who revives our matter)".

Al-Ali stressed, "we have to turn this problem into a solution by investing social networking sites and other sites to convey the virtues of our Islam, so the holy shrines, especially the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine, have been trying to restore what can be restored from the problems caused by deviant movements in distorting ideas and distorting paths, through their various projects, including the Quranic projects that work to draw a roadmap for all societies, including the university community, and today we are celebrating one of the vocabulary of the Quranic project in Iraqi universities and institutes, which is the writing competition.

The Universities of the province of Karbala, namely the University of Karbala, Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), Al-Ameed, Sibtayn Universities, as well as other community colleges, participated in the competition.
