Maintenance Department: the Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine lighting control system is managed via interactive smart screens

The maintenance and engineering construction department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine confirmed that the internal and external lighting control system at the holy shrine is managed by interactive smart screens.

The official of the electricity division of the maintenance department, engineer Hassan Mohammed, said that "the division of the maintenance and engineering construction department, in cooperation with the Engineering Projects Department, has completed work on the control system of the internal and external lighting of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, and some other electrical parts such as pumps and plungers".

He added that"the system consists of interactive smart screens and an electrical control panel, which function is to control the internal and external lighting, and the processes of converting lighting colors on occasion days, such as the process of turning the lighting to red on the death anniversaries, and lighting decorations on the days of blessed birth anniversaries".

He continued, " the system has multiple benefits, including the ease of connecting the new and old system through a small cable connecting the two, and this makes it suitable for any future expansion such as the Umm Al-Banin Courtyard (peace be upon her)".
