In cooperation with the governorate health department, the Machinery Department begins the campaign of Aerobic digestion on the streets of Karbala

The machinery department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, in cooperation with the Karbala health department, has launched a campaign of aerobic digestion in the streets, areas and alleys of the province.

This measure comes within the framework of efforts to combat harmful disease-carrying insects and maintain public health in the province.

The official of the control division of the Department, Mr. Ahmed Jassim Mohammed, said that"the staff of the control division of the Machinery Department has started, according to the directives of the general secretariat of the holy shrine, the aerobic digestion operation for all areas of Karbala governorate".

"This process is carried out according to the schedule and quantities specified by the health department in Karbala governorate, indicating that "the staff has started these operations since the first of April 2024 and will continue for three months,"he added.
