The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine conducts a tour of the headquarters of the Abbas squad (peace be upon him)

The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine conducted a tour of the headquarters of the Al-Abbas's (p) squad to inspect the conditions of its members and meet their needs within the axes of the city of Karbala.

The delegation included the secretary general of the holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortada Aal Dia-Uddin, the director of the Office of the Senior Official; Sayed Afdhal al-Shami, and a number of officials.

A member of the delegation, Mr. Hashim al-Shami, said that "the visit of the secretary-general of the holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortada Aal Dia-Uddin, and the accompanying delegation to the sites of the Abbas's division (peace be upon him) within the axes of Karbala, came to inspect their conditions and listen to their observations and opinions and meet their needs.

He stated that"the secretary-general presented the Squad with the banner of the dome of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and conveyed the greetings of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, and greetings to the Squad members".

For his part, the Squad leader, Mr. Maytham al-Zaidi, said that "the visit of the holy shrine delegation comes within a series of tours to the Squad's headquarters in order to provide psychological support and see some of the needs of its members," stressing that "the holy shrine has been and continues to provide all kinds of support for the Squad members, to reflect positively on the provision of the highest levels of Service."

He added that"the secretary general of the holy shrine was briefed on the future strategic plans of the squad, and the major updates in the mechanisms and equipment of the squad".

In the past few days, the holy shrine has contributed by providing services to pilgrims as part of its annual program in securing the pilgrimage land route and serving pilgrims since 2015.
