The Department of Hussayni rituals, processions and bodies in Iraq and the Islamic world, affiliated with the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), announced the organization of a group of hussayni service processions to provide services to visitors to the holy city of Karbala from inside and outside Iraq.
The assistant head of the Department, Mr. Mohammed al-Taweel, said that "the Hussayni service processions are divided into two parts, the first performs their duties on Thursday night, and the second during the major Ziyarats, such as the Ziyarat Arba'een".
He added that" the processions are distributed on four axes towards the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, as they provide various services including the distribution of meals and cold water, especially in light of the hot summer days, "pointing out that"there are service processions belonging to the departments of the holy shrine, such as the Department between the two Shrines, which distributes cold water, in addition to the Host Restaurant Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) threshold, which distributes meals to visitors."
"All these efforts come within the framework of serving the visitors of the holy city of Karbala, and these services are carefully organized to ensure that they are provided in the best way for them,"al-Taweel pointed out.
