The Service Affairs Department carries out a cleaning campaign for the vicinity of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine

The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine carried out a large-scale cleaning campaign around the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) after the end of Eid al-Adha.

The official of the Department's Cleanliness Unit; Mr. Mohammed Habib Hadi, said that"the Department's staff, as part of its ongoing series of campaigns, carried out a wide cleaning campaign for the vicinity of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, after the area witnessed a large influx of visitors during the days of Eid al-Adha.

"The works included washing the Qibla gate, the perimeter of the holy shrine, the streets and alleys leading to the holy shrine, in addition to emptying and washing waste containers,"he added.

He pointed out that"the service efforts come within the series of services through which the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen to provide to the visitors of the holy shrine".
