The warehouses of the Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine continue to receive aid for the relief of the Lebanese people

The warehouses belonging to the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continue to receive in-kind assistance to relieve the Lebanese people in light of the difficult conditions they are suffering as a result of the Zionist aggression on Lebanon.

This initiative comes as part of the relief campaign launched by the holy shrine to relieve the Lebanese people, in response to the call of the supreme religious authority in Najaf, the need to stand by the brothers in Lebanon and alleviate their suffering.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine launched three convoys of aid to Syria, including equipping a field hospital and a mobile one, a team of specialized doctors and cars loaded with medicines and foodstuffs for distribution to displaced Lebanese families there, in addition to a central kitchen for preparing food for families in shelter centers.

Many Hussayni processions and organizations participate in the fundraising campaign, in addition to people from various Iraqi provinces, as the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine provided special places to receive aid and prepared its warehouses for the same purpose.

The first convoy of aid was sent through the airspace in coordination with the Iraqi government, and included a set of necessary supplies, in addition to logistical matters, while the second included 400 tons of humanitarian aid, by 40 mechanisms, in addition to 3 fuel carriers with a capacity of 36 thousand liters, while the third convoy was loaded with about 1200 tons of food, medicine, fuel and water, distributed to 55 trucks.

In addition to convoys of food aid and logistical support, the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine sent a shipment of medical aid to Lebanon, in cooperation with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society.

This meal of the support convoys will be followed by other meals, according to a plan developed by the relief committee formed by the holy shrine in coordination with government agencies in Iraq to provide support and assistance to the Lebanese people in their current crisis.
