At the Al-Kafeel hospital.. The success of the operation to remove the herniated discs of a patient

A medical team specializing in Spine Surgery at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital in Karbala has successfully removed the cartilage slips and stabilized the vertebrae with a distinctive surgical operation.

The Lebanese doctor Firas Attallah said:"the patient, who visited us, is forty years old, and he suffers from a slip between the fourth and fifth vertebrae, which caused him acute pain in the back and the right lower limb."

"We performed a surgical operation on the patient in which the herniated disc was removed, the damaged nerve place was cleaned, it was freed and the vertebrae were stabilized,"he added.

"The operation was successful and the patient will notice the difference immediately after it, the pain will leave him and he will be able to complete his life normally,"Attallah stressed.
