The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine conducted an inspection visit to the families of the Lebanese martyrs and wounded in Karbala in order to identify their needs and provide support to them in light of their difficult circumstances.

The official of the relief and moral support division in the Religious Affairs Department, Sheikh Haider al-Aredhi, said that"the visit was carried out under the guidance of the Senior Official of the holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, and included providing material and moral gifts to Lebanese families residing in the province of Karbala and identifying their needs."

"This humanitarian initiative comes within the series of efforts of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine to support the Lebanese people, in response to the call of the supreme religious authority in Najaf to alleviate their suffering,"he added.

For their part, the families of the martyrs expressed their gratitude for this initiative, which embodies the commitment of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine to support the Lebanese people and stand with them in their plight.
