The Tunisian city of Bizerte witnessed the performance of the play (Sinan the superhero), within the Neapolis festival of children's theater.
The head of the delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine to Tunisia, Mr. Ali al-Badri, said that "the Tunisian city of Bizerte witnessed the performance of the play (Sinan the superhero) the first Iraqi theatrical performance for children, which was produced by the Al-Joud theatrical troupe of the Al-Kafeel Scout Association, affiliated with the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
He added that"the idea of the play talks about superheroes who face difficulties, and shows that a person can be a superhero if he uses the Almighty, who has the kingdom of heaven and Earth in his hand and is capable of everything, and there is no power outside the will of God".
Badri pointed out that "the presentation was met with great interaction from the children of Bizerte and their parents, and they raced to answer the questions of the introductory session, which provided an introductory overview for the children of Tunisia, about the history of Iraq and the holy city of Karbala with its shrines and religious and civilizational heritage important in the history of humanity".
Al-Badri explained that " Al-Joud band represents Iraq in this festival, in which 15 Arab and foreign countries participate, and that the announced schedule includes four theatrical performances of the band, presented in 3 Tunisian governorates (Nabeul, Bizerte and Manzil Tamim), and with the box office system paid by citizens to watch the theatrical performance," pointing out that "these works will contribute to providing the Iraqi and Arab child with pure values and concepts derived from our true religion."
