The southern green belt department organizes a ceremony on the birth anniversary of Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon him)

The southern green belt Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a ceremony commemorating the birth anniversary of Imam Mohammad Al-Jawad (Peace be upon him).

The head of the Department, Mr. Nasser Hussein al-Khazali, said that "the Department organized a ceremony on the birth anniversary of Imam Mohammad al-Jawad (peace be upon him) in cooperation with the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies".

He added that"the ceremony included various paragraphs, including poems and religious songs, which expressed loyalty and love to the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), in addition to distributing gifts to those present".

"The department is keen to hold these events on all honorable occasions in order to revive the biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and spread their culture and teachings,"al-Khazali said.
