The condolence processions commemorate the death anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her)

The condolence processions continue to commemorate the death anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) at the Shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) in the holy city of Karbala.

The Department of Hussayni rituals, processions and bodies supervises the organization of the movement of processions and facilitates the performance of the mourning ceremony.

Condolence processions flock to the holy city of Karbala from various provinces, to commemorate the death anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), amid an atmosphere of sadness and sorrow.

The condolence processions head towards the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and then to the shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), passing through the square between the Two Holy Shrines.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is keen to facilitate the holding of condolence events to commemorate the occasions of the Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and to provide services to the visitors of the holy shrines.
