The Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine honors more than 150 female students wearing Iraqi Abaya at Karbala University

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine honored more than 150 female students wearing Iraqi Abayas at Karbala University.

This came during the activities of the Sibt Akbar Festival held by the Department of Public Relations at the holy shrine, in cooperation with the Faculty of law at Karbala university, within the framework of the Al-Kafeel National Youth Project, on the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Mujtaba(peace be upon him).

The official of the University and chool Relations Division in the Department, Mr. Maher Khalid, said that"the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine is keen to revive the events of Ahl Al-Bayt(peace be upon them) in academic circles; in order to strengthen the connection between students and revive the events of the holy imams (peace be upon them)".

He added that"the festival included honoring more than 150 Iraqi abaya-wearing students from various faculties of the University".

"The festival aims to strengthen the connection between university students and celebrate the birth anniversaries of Ahl al-Bayt(peace be upon them), and strengthen the cultural identity and authentic Iraqi traditions,"Khalid said.
