The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held its preparatory meeting to hold the central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students.
The graduation ceremony of Iraqi university students (the fifth batch on the guidance of the moon), the division of university and school relations of the public relations department at the holy shrine, is held on the tenth of this month and lasts two days, within the Al-Kafeel National Youth project, with the participation of about 5 thousand students from 64 universities from various governorates of Iraq.
The meeting was chaired by the director of the Office of the Senior Official of the holy shrine; Sayed Jawad al-Hasnawi, and in the presence of the heads of the concerned departments and their representatives.
Al-Hasnawi said: "the meeting was held with the departments concerned with the establishment of the fifth edition of the central graduation ceremony for university students batch (on the guidance of the moon)".
He added that" the staff of the holy shrine have become experienced and familiar with the tasks assigned to them in organizing the events of the ceremony because we have reached the organization of the fifth edition, "pointing out that"the meeting discussed the smallest details necessary for the success of the ceremony".
He explained that"the organization of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for the graduation ceremony comes with the aim of reflecting the real picture of Iraqi university students, especially after observing practices that do not fit with social values and Islamic teachings in this aspect".
The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine aims to celebrate graduates, provide a distinguished model for graduation ceremonies befitting students from all universities in the provinces of Iraq, and crown their academic career and conclude it at the holy shrines.
