The Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine launches the activities of the second day of the central graduation ceremony for university students

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has launched the activities of the second day of the central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students in its fifth edition.

The central graduation ceremony (the fifth batch on the guidance of the moon), the University and School Relations Division of the public relations department at the holy shrine, is being held within the national Al-Kafeel Youth Project, and with the participation of about 5 thousand students representing 64 universities from various governorates of Iraq.

The activities of the morning period of the ceremony included the presentation of a cultural lecture entitled (ambition industry: steps towards sustainable entrepreneurship) by Dr. Maher Hamid, which aims to introduce students to the requirements of the labor market and its role in the success industry and achieving sustainable development, in addition to enhancing their cultural and developmental awareness.

As for the first evening period of the ceremony, the students will walk from the shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) passing through the area between the Two Holy Shrines, gather at the Qibla gate of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), take the graduation oath, pledge allegiance to the homeland and perform the Ziyarat, and then form an artistic painting by the students embodying the image of the supreme religious authority Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani and take an aerial shot.

The Al-Ameed educational group will witness the closing ceremony including; delivering a set of speeches, including to the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; His Eminence Ahmad al-Safi, the speech of Iraqi universities, the speech of graduate students, in addition to presenting a theatrical performance and a set of poetry and chants, in addition to honoring the families of martyrs, people of determination and university presidents.

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine aims to celebrate graduates, provide a distinguished model for graduation ceremonies befitting university students, and culminate and conclude their academic career at the holy shrines.
