The events included the provision of field guidance that contributes to raising the efficiency of female volunteers and enhances their abilities in dealing with female visitors on major Ziyarats, focusing on the concepts of discipline, good performance, and dealing with various situations with awareness and responsibility delivered by the head of the division, Mrs. Bushra al-Kenani, with the participation of the head of the Zaynabiyat division; Mrs. Sawsan Ahmed al-Jubouri.

Dr. Sadiq al-Murooj gave a lecture in which he discussed the importance of volunteer work and the need to consolidate moral values in field behavior, based on prophetic narratives and Hadiths about the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) that reinforce these principles.

The lecture witnessed a remarkable interaction of the participants, and a number of educational questions were asked, which were answered by the lecturer, within a purposeful interactive atmosphere.
