Al-Ameed Association concludes its participation in two international exhibitions in Tunisia

The Al-Ameed Scientific and Intellectual Association concluded its participation in two international book fairs in the Tunisian Republic, representing Iraq for the first time at one of them.

The member of the general assembly of the association and the head of its two pavilions at the exhibitions; Mr. Jassam Mohammed al-Saidi, said, "The Al-Ameed Scientific and Intellectual Association concluded today, 18/05/2025, its participation in the 10th edition of the Sousse International Book Fair, where it represented Iraq for the first time since the fair's inception 10 years ago."

He added that "this participation comes after the conclusion of its participation in the 39th edition of the Tunis International Book Fair for the second consecutive year, where its pavilion included the association's publications and the works of the scientific institutions affiliated with it, with around 450 titles for both fairs, which varied between thought, philosophy, critique of the Western mind, critical perspectives in general, epistemology, and other academic fields presented for the first time, in addition to publications dedicated to children."

Al-Saidi explained that "the association, through its participation in the two exhibitions, seeks to expand the space of influence and knowledge at the level of Arab countries and the world, especially in the Iraqi scientific output, which enjoys special attention in Tunisia." He pointed out that "such participations contribute to spreading cognitive awareness, original thought, in-depth output, and the heritage of Islamic civilization, carrying scientific and cognitive diversity, and a rich cultural legacy."
