The Green Belt Department announces the opening of 7 family oases during Eid al-Adha

The Southern Green Belt First Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced the opening of 7 oases for families from within and outside Karbala Governorate during the days of Eid al-Adha.

The head of the department, Mr. Nasser Hussein Muteb, said that the Green Belt Oases witnessed a significant influx of Iraqi families from within and outside the holy city of Karbala during the days of Eid al-Adha.

He added that the department opened 7 oases for visitors, which include all the vital facilities and essential services that ensure their comfort.

Muteb explained that the green belt provides multiple services, including designated barbecue areas, parking for citizens' cars, fully furnished seating areas with various views, in addition to water features that help cool the atmosphere, among other services.

For his part, Mr. Thaer Hassan, one of the visitors from the Al-Hindiya district, mentioned that the Green Belt is characterized by recreational atmospheres that Iraqi families need, especially during holidays, due to its green spaces, lakes, and playgrounds dedicated to children.
