The holy shrine is organizing the week's events under the slogan (Prophethood and Imamate are inseparable), titled (The Imams' Advice is Guidance and Piety), coinciding with the blessed Eid al-Ghadir, with wide participation from Arab, Islamic, and foreign countries.
The session was attended by several officials from the holy shrine, as well as religious, official, and academic figures from inside and outside Iraq.
The research session dedicated to discussing English language research was held in the Qassem (peace be upon him) hall, chaired by Professor Dr. Farid Al-Hindawi, and the rapporteur was Professor Dr. Hamid Bajia.
The session discusses six research papers, which are: (The Pillars of Knowing God Almighty According to Imam Ali Al-Hadi -peace be upon him-) by Dr. Ali Al-Hakim from the United Kingdom, (The Sermon of Imam Ali ibn Al-Hussayn -peace be upon him- in Damascus: A Stylistic Critical Analysis) by Dr. Inas Haidar, (The Role of Wisdom and Thought in Analyzing the Sermons of Imam Al-Hassan ibn Ali -peace be upon him- on Leadership) by Dr. Istabraq Yahya Muhammad, (The Educational and Moral Guidance of Imam Ar-Redha -peace be upon him-: A Comprehensive Vision for Building the Individual and Society) by Dr. Ammar Shamil Kadhem, (The Method of Imam Al-Baqer -peace be upon him- in Preparing Leaders: A Contemporary Administrative Vision) by Dr. Fadi Hassan Jaber, and (The Moral Impact of Imam Zain Al-Abidin -peace be upon him- on Islamic Society) by Dr. Rana Farhan Taher.
The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine seeks, through the Week of Imamate, to shed light on various aspects of the sciences of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and to demonstrate the importance of their thought and approach in addressing the crises of the contemporary world.
