The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a meeting to discuss the mechanism for improving the performance of its staff in order to provide the best services to the visitors of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The head of the Committee for Monitoring the Obligations of the employees at the Holy Shrine; Sayed Hashim Al-Shami, said that "the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a meeting to discuss the mechanism for improving the performance of its members to provide the best services to the visitors," noting that "the meeting was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine, Engineer Abbas Mousa Ahmed, the Committee for Monitoring the Obligations of the employees, and the heads of the departments affiliated with its departments."

He added that "the meeting aims to evaluate the performance of the members by overcoming the obstacles they face while fulfilling their duties towards the visitors and providing services to them," explaining that "the meeting's outcomes included forming a committee to study the reality of the members and the mechanism for their development."

For his part, the head of the Training Division of the Development and Sustainable Development Department at the holy shrine, Mr. Firas Al-Shammari, mentioned that "the meeting discussed various topics, including the challenges faced by the staff and the mechanisms to address them, with the aim of overcoming obstacles to provide the best services to the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them)."
