This came during the delegation's visit to the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Visitors' Service Complex, which is affiliated with the holy shrine, with the aim of reviewing the nature of the services provided to visitors in various aspects. They were received by the supervisor of the complex, Mr. Jawad al-Hasnawi.
One of the delegation members, Dr. Mohamed Hassan, said: "We were honoured today to visit the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) complex, which is considered one of the best service complexes on the pilgrims' route, due to the distinguished and comprehensive services it provides to the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)."
He added that "the delegation presented a flag from the shrine of Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Redha (peace be upon him) to the organisers of the complex, in appreciation of their efforts in serving the pilgrims walking to the holy city of Karbala."
The Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) complex is considered one of the largest service complexes affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, covering a total area of 60,000 square meters. It is located on the road between Karbala and Najaf and provides comprehensive services to visitors, including rest areas, hospitality, medical services, religious guidance, and more.
