The Global Cultural Procession concludes its activities by providing services to more than 18,000 visitors during the Ziyarat Arbaeen

The global cultural procession, organised by the Kafeel Scouts Association under the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, concluded its activities during the Arbaeen pilgrimage at the Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) complex on the Karbala-Najaf road, after providing services to more than 18,000 visitors.

The head of the Activities and Camps Division at the association, Dr. Zaman Al-Kanani, stated that the procession included a number of diverse intellectual and cultural stations, executed in simplified methods through panels, diagrams, and explanations presented by a group of trained youth and boys. It targeted various visitor categories, providing seating areas, hospitality, and souvenir gifts, confirming the reception of more than 18,000 visitors throughout the blessed Ziyarat.

He added that the cultural program included intellectual workshops with various titles, such as: Where do you stand in the front of truth?, The Revolution of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him): Destruction and Construction, One like me does not pledge allegiance to one like him, and Loyalty and Disavowal, in addition to sessions on the Holy Quran and discussions of Quranic concepts related to the Hussaini revolution. It also addressed contemporary issues such as the recycling of terms and combating the distortion of linguistic awareness on social media, through analysing concepts common among the youth.

He pointed out that the cultural activities also included theatrical and cinematic performances, singing evenings, and intellectual and Quranic dialogues, which witnessed wide interaction from the visitors, in addition to the presence of several religious and social figures.

Al-Kanani confirmed that the global cultural procession aims to enhance cultural awareness among visitors, reinforce Islamic concepts, and confront foreign ideas through purposeful educational programs that align with the values of Imam al-Hussayn's (peace be upon him) revolution.
