Al-Kafeel Nurseries organise a cleaning campaign for the Al-Hindiyah River after the Arbaeen pilgrimage

The Communications and Information Security Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine clarified the details of the audio system's operation during the Ziyarat Arbaeen.

The head of the department, Engineer Firas Abbas, said: "The acoustics unit, which oversees the sound system, provided various services during the Arbaeen pilgrimage through its advanced systems. This included operating the sound system in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) approximately 150 times to broadcast prayers, 60 times to broadcast the Ashura pilgrimage, in addition to transmitting 140 mourning councils."

He explained that "the unit operated the sound system of the sacred shrine's corridors 20 times and contributed to covering the activities of about 22 mourning processions, in addition to connecting the sound system in five guidance centres for the lost; to provide its services during the blessed pilgrimage."

He added that "the unit installed several sound systems in various locations, including a system in the Islamic and Human Sciences Affairs Department of the holy shrine, two systems in the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine procession to broadcast men's prayers and women's gatherings, one on the bridge between the two holy shrines to receive the Hussaini processions, and another for the global cultural procession and the Al-Kafeel Scouts Association affiliated with the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of the holy shrine."

He pointed out that "the works included connecting sound devices at nine doors of the holy courtyard, two sound systems in the courtyard of Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her), and operating the sound system in the reception hall to broadcast the Hussaini councils, contributing to the transmission of about 15 councils."
