The staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine have completed the washing of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and its holy courtyard

The staff of the Abbasid Holy Shrine completed the washing of the holy shrine of Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and its noble courtyard.

The head of the Sayed Servants' Division at the Holy Shrine, Mr. Hashem Al-Shami, said: "The service of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is honoured to perform the washing and maintenance of the holy sanctuary and the noble courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) as part of the regular program using modern washing and cleaning machines to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sterilisation."

He added, "A number of the holy shrine's servants participated in the work, and they began performing the rituals of the noble Ziyarat to Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), followed by the stages of washing, drying, perfuming, and incense in an atmosphere that reflects the sanctity of the place and the importance of this service."

The holy shrine and the sacred courtyard witness regular campaigns to wash and replace the carpets throughout the year, in order to provide the best services to visitors coming from all over the world.
