The events were attended by the head of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Authority at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Dr. Abbas Al-Dadah Al-Moussawi, the President of Al-Ameed University, Dr. Joudat Nouri Al-Jashami, the deans of the colleges, and the university faculty members.
The conference is held for two days, and the first day's activities began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the recitation of Al-Fatiha in memory of the souls of Iraq's martyrs, listening to the national anthem and the anthem of Melody of Pride, then a speech by the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delivered by Dr. Abbas Al-Dadah Al-Moussawi and a speech by the university president Dr. Joudat Nouri Al-Jashami.
The first day includes a lecture titled "A Glimpse into Management," which represents a summary of a series of lectures by the Senior Official of the holy shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad Al-Safi, on management, and a film showcasing the achievements of the recommendations from the first edition of the conference.
It also includes a dialogue session between the university's Board of Trustees and its staff to evaluate the administrative process at the university, present proposals and obstacles, and find solutions through direct dialogue.
The second day of the conference includes a lecture titled "Knowing the Great Truths is the Way to Adopt Higher Goals and Stimulate a High Sense of Responsibility," followed by a recognition segment for the Dean of the College of Nursing and its teaching staff on the occasion of the college receiving full program accreditation. There will also be a panel discussion on the educational and scientific journey, which includes a dialogue between the university council and its staff. The events will conclude with a cultural competition segment and the distribution of prizes to those with correct answers.
