Conclusion of the second annual general conference at Al-Ameed University

Al-Ameed University concluded the activities of its second annual general conference, which was held under the auspices of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and lasted for two days.

The first day of the conference included several activities, including a speech by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, followed by a speech from the university, and a lecture titled "A Brief Look at Management," which included a summary of a series of lectures by the Senior Official of the Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad Al-Safi, on management. Additionally, there was a panel discussion between the university's board of directors and its staff about evaluating the administrative process at the university, to present suggestions, obstacles, and find solutions through direct dialogue. The day concluded with a cultural competition involving university students and the honouring of those with correct answers.

The second day featured a Quranic lecture titled "Knowing the Great Truths is the Path to Adopting Higher Goals and Stimulating a High Sense of Responsibility," delivered by Dr. Ali Hamad Al-Kalkawi. It also included the honouring of the Dean of the College of Nursing and its teaching staff on the occasion of the college receiving full program accreditation, in addition to a dialogue session about the educational and scientific journey, which included a discussion between the university council and its staff. The events concluded with a cultural competition segment and the distribution of prizes to those with correct answers.

Al-Ameed University is keen on organising scientific and academic activities to support the university's mission and solidify its presence in the academic and scientific scene.
