The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine begins covering the arches of the Great Bab al-Qibla courtyard with Karbala tiles

The Engineering Projects Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has commenced its work by covering the arches of the Great Bab al-Qibla courtyard with Karbala tiles.

The works are part of a developmental plan aimed at enhancing infrastructure and expanding service areas to accommodate the largest number of visitors to the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).

The works include covering the walls and arches of the porticos with Karbala tiles to preserve the city's heritage identity and to serve as a cultural and religious witness for future generations.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen on developing its services and providing a suitable and safe environment for visitors by creating modern spaces and infrastructure that meet their various needs.
