Department between the Two Holy Shrines: Adopting modern methods for maintaining cooling systems and water pumps

The Between the Two Holy Shrines Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine confirmed its adoption of modern methods for maintaining cooling systems and water pumps.

One of the maintenance staff in the department, Engineer Hassan Rashid Matar, said: "The department's staff work periodically on maintaining the cooling devices and water pumps to ensure their quality, in addition to providing chilled drinking water, ablution water, and mist."

He added that "all the water provided to the visitors undergoes daily precise laboratory tests in the laboratories of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and the Ministry of Health, using the latest technologies and scientific and laboratory methods; to ensure its safety and compliance with local and international standards."

He explained that "our staff continuously monitors the chemical and physical ratios of drinking water, while also performing regular maintenance on cooling devices and pumps, ensuring the service continues with the required efficiency; in service of the visitors to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him)."
