The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine participates in the Karbala International Children's Book Fair

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, represented by the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department, participated in the Karbala International Children's Book Fair launched by the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) Holy Shrine in the area between the two holy shrines.

The head of the Childhood and Youth Division in the department, Mr. Hassanein Al-Khafaji, said: "The division was keen to participate in the exhibition through the publications and educational programs it offers for children and youth, believing in the importance of instilling a love of reading and knowledge in their hearts, and preparing a conscious generation that is attached to its religious and cultural identity."

He added that "this participation comes as part of the efforts of the Childhood and Youth Division to promote children's culture, support reading, and provide a rich educational and recreational environment that contributes to the development of the intellectual and cognitive abilities of the new generation."

The participation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine in the exhibition is a platform to showcase its intellectual outputs that concern children and youth and enhance their religious culture.
