The Development Department is organising a training course on problem-solving and decision-making for a number of participants

The Development and Sustainable Development Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organised a training course on problem-solving and decision-making for a number of the shrine's department staff.

The course instructor, Mr. Firas Al-Shammari, stated that "the course included multiple topics, such as identifying, diagnosing, and analysing problems, as well as decision-making mechanisms and their types, according to specific scientific steps."

He added that "the course was held in the Nafedh Al-Baseerah hall and lasts for two days, with an average of three training hours each day."

Al-Shammari explained that "the course aims to develop the participants' skills in analysing challenges and making sound decisions in the work environment, which will reflect on improving the quality of institutional performance."
