The Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine participates in the inauguration ceremony of the Golden Iwan renovation project at the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him)

The Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Sayed Mustafa Murtada Aal Dia-Uddin, participated in the unveiling ceremony of the Golden Iwan renovation project at the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (peace be upon him), in Najaf Ashraf.

The ceremony witnessed a distinguished attendance that included representatives of the great religious authorities, scholars of the Hawza in Najaf Ashraf, as well as several secretaries of the sacred shrines and holy sites, and official, academic, and tribal figures who brought together various segments of Iraqi society.

Sayed Mustafa Murtada Aal Dia-Uddin said, "Our honor today in participating in this blessed event comes as an expression of the unity of purpose and spirit that unites the holy shrines in Iraq," adding, "The project to renew the golden iwan of the shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is not just a great architectural or engineering achievement, but a message of affection and loyalty renewed for the symbol of justice and humanity."

He added, "We at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine consider the success of this blessed project a success for all of us, and we always strive to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and integration in artistic and architectural efforts among all the holy shrines; ensuring the preservation of this rich Islamic heritage, and befitting the greatness and status of these sacred places in the hearts of the believers."

The participation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine in this event comes as an enhancement of the bonds of joint work in serving the holy shrines, in line with the religious and historical significance of the Shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), and reflects the continuous interest in maintaining and developing the architectural landmarks to provide the best atmosphere for visitors coming from all over the world.
