Al-Kafeel Museum holds a specialized course in the basics of the English language for its staff

The Kafeel Museum of Treasures and Manuscripts at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a specialized course in the basics of the English language for its staff, to enhance their professional skills.

The head of the museum department, Mr. Nafe' Al-Moussawi, said: "The department is keen on organizing specialized courses for its staff, particularly in the field of communication with foreign visitors," adding that "this course is part of a series of programs aimed at enhancing the linguistic aspect in line with the nature of museum work."

For his part, the course instructor, Mr. Hussein Ali, explained that "the course includes practical modules that focus on the mechanisms of explaining exhibits to foreign visitors and presenting museum information in a simplified and accurate manner."

The museum department seeks to elevate the professional performance of its staff by adopting various training programs that focus on developing the necessary skills to effectively display the collections and convey their cultural message, thereby enhancing the quality of the service provided.
