In collaboration with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.. The Supreme Committee overseeing the calligraphy and printing of the Najaf Ashraf Quran holds a ceremony to unveil its first edition

The Supreme Committee overseeing the calligraphy and printing of the Najaf Ashraf Quran, in collaboration with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, launched the activities of the unveiling ceremony for the first edition of the Holy Quran.

The ceremony is held in conjunction with the birth anniversary of Imam ar-Redha (peace be upon him) at the Alawi Complex Hall in Najaf Ashraf, in the presence of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad Al-Safi, along with official, religious, Hawza, academic, and social figures.

The ceremony included a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reader Qudama Mundhir Khedr, a speech by His Eminence Sayed Al-Safi, followed by a speech from the committee overseeing the transcription and printing of the Quran delivered by Sheikh Abdul-Ridha Al-Manawari. There was also a recitation of a classical poem commemorating the blessed birth and the occasion of the transcription and printing of the Quran delivered by Sheikh Hussein Qaftan, along with a documentary film about the stages of completing the Holy Quran. The event concluded with the honoring of all participants in this project and the distribution of copies of the Quran to the attendees.

The first edition of the Najaf Ashraf Quran received the blessing of His Eminence Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, and its printing was carried out at the Al-Kafeel Printing and Publishing House, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.
