The Religious Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is witnessing a wide turnout from believers to organize marriage contracts, coinciding with the anniversary of the marriage of the two lights, Imam Ali and Lady Fatimah az-Zahra (peace be upon them).

The head of the Social Affairs Division in the Department, Sheikh Mohammad Al-Kuraiti, said: "The department is witnessing an increasing turnout from believers to organize marriage contracts, coinciding with the anniversary of the marriage of Imam Ali and Lady Fatimah az-Zahra (peace be upon them), and what this occasion represents in Islamic history."

He added that "the organization of marriage contracts is accompanied by the provision of a series of advice and guidance for the newlyweds, which contributes to building a good family based on understanding, stability, and avoiding family problems."

The Religious Affairs Department is keen on continuously providing various social and religious services to the faithful.
