The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delivers humanitarian aid and medical supplies to the Iranian Red Crescent

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced the delivery of a shipment of humanitarian aid and medical supplies to the Iranian Red Crescent in coordination with the office of the Supreme Religious Authority.

Humanitarian and medical aid are part of its second relief campaign to support the Iranian people.

A member of the Relief Committee at the Holy Shrine, Mr. Reza Naji Sahi, said: "The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delivered the shipment to the Iranian Red Crescent and the specialized Relief Committee in the city of Qom," noting that it included food items, medicines, devices, and various medical supplies, including dialysis machines.

He added that "the delivery of the materials was carried out officially and in an organized manner, with documentation using the approved seals and signatures for the assistance provided by the Iraqi people."

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine had launched this humanitarian campaign in response to the call of the supreme religious authority to extend a helping hand to the affected, and its efforts included supporting the Iranian and Lebanese peoples, while opening its doors for collecting donations.
