The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to provide chilled water to the visitors of Arbaeen to mitigate the impact of rising temperatures on them.

The head of the Water Supply Division, Mr. Ahmed Kadhem, said: "The division has prepared a comprehensive service plan to provide chilled water to visitors around the clock by distributing water coolers in the vicinity of the holy shrine, ensuring their needs are met, especially with the rising temperatures and the increasing number of visitors to the city of Karbala."

He added that "the department's staff continue their work according to the department's plan, which aims to provide chilled water to contribute to creating a suitable atmosphere for visitors and enhancing the level of services provided to them throughout the days of the Ziyarat."
