The Department of Rituals, Processions, and Hussaini Bodies at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine confirmed the participation of 233 Arab and foreign processions in commemorating the Ziyarat Arbaeen of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
The head of the department, Mr. Ali Musleh, said that 233 Arab and foreign processions are participating in commemorating the Ziyarat Arbaeen of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), confirming that the department has prepared a comprehensive organizational plan to ensure the smooth movement of the processions.
He added that the participating processions include service and mourning processions provided by several Arab and Islamic countries, and they are involved in offering their services and reviving the mourning ceremonies as part of the organizational plan prepared by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to serve the visitors.
He pointed out that the department has adopted a field plan to organize the movement of processions within the old city and the roads leading to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), ensuring the smooth entry and exit of these processions without affecting the movement of visitors.
Musalih explained that the department's staff allocated routes to organize the movement of processions within the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and its surroundings, contributing to a high level of fluidity in the movement of visitors and creating suitable conditions for holding mourning ceremonies smoothly and orderly.
