Visitors commemorated the eve of Friday at the shrine of the two Imams (peace be upon them) in the city of Samarra, coinciding with the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam al-Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him).
The city of Samarra witnessed a large influx of visitors, along with the spread of service processions and organizations on the roads leading to the holy shrine, to provide various services to the visitors coming to commemorate the occasion.
Believers commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him) during these days, recalling his noble character, religious and historical significance, and his oppression.
The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine mobilized the efforts of several of its departments to participate in serving the visitors and providing for their needs, as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at creating a suitable atmosphere for those arriving in the city of Samarra and commemorating the tragic occasion.
